The MH Continuity of Care (COC) position is responsible for actively monitoring all clients in Tri-County funded beds at psychiatric hospitals, including conducting utilization reviews, approving additional bed-days, traveling to contract hospitals as needed to assess clients face-to-face, and arranging for step-downs to CSU as appropriate.
