Routine Assessment Specialist Floater will be responsible for providing telephone screening to adults and youth seeking admission to mental health and substance use disorder treatment services, gathering basic demographic information, completing crisis screening, providing information regarding treatment services, and connecting individuals to care by scheduling follow-up appointments with the intake department.

This position will be responsible for providing transitional case management and skills training to individuals who are moving from crisis services into routine outpatient services to promote stabilization of symptoms and provide support following a crisis episode. The position will use a team-based approach to ensure appropriate communication with the identified treatment team and coordination of care between service providers. This position will work closely with Crisis Outpatient, PETC and Continuity of Care programs to ensure individuals are supported throughout the continuum of care to prevent deterioration of symptoms.

Tri-County Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a Fiscal Specialist to support a recently awarded Federal grant. The fiscal specialist will have the opportunity to work on a small team and providing support on budget and business decisions.

This position will partner with a CCO Crisis Counseling Worker for the COVID-19 grant. The Counseling Specialist is a behavioral health intern that will assist in identifying, working with, and referring individuals within the community who have been negatively impacted by COVID-19 and are experiencing a higher level of emotions, anxiety, depression or other related symptoms caused by or exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic.
