The House Manager will provide individuals with IDD appropriate care, training, recreation, transportation and other services as appropriate.

The IDD Service Coordinator III Team Lead Position will provide assistance to eligible individuals in gaining access to medical, social, educational and other needed services that will help the individual achieve a quality of life and community participation acceptable to the individual and/or LAR on the individual's behalf.

The primary function in this position will be to perform support staff duties for the Conroe facility. This position will work the hours of 7:30-4:30 unless coverage is needed differently. This position will perform switchboard operations, as well as provide relief to other switchboard operators as needed.

The Transition Case Manager will be responsible for providing transitional case management and rehabilitative skills training to adult offenders who have a mental illness and are on parole or probation community supervision. The Psychiatric Nursing Assistant will assist patients in the Psychiatric Emergency Treatment Center (PETC). The essential job functions include initiating patient care, assisting with ADL's as indicated, completing round checks, engaging patients in recreational activities and the ability to demonstrate SAMA techniques to safely de-escalate patients that are in crisis.

The PETC Treatment Specialist is responsible for delivering rehabilitation services in an acute day treatment program on the Crisis Stabilization Unit. The primary duties for this position are facilitating groups and developing treatment plans. The PETC Treatment Specialist in this position will also provide assistance, as needed, completing intakes, state required assessments, discharge planning and all associated documentation.

The Child & Youth School Based Therapist will provide individual and family therapy as well as case management to children, youth, and their families who meet the criteria for services. Therapy services are primarily provided at the school based clinics, however community and home based care is provided as needed and when school is not in session.
