Support Services Assistant receives and reconciles medication shipments from ETBHN. This position will properly store medications and equipment and keep the medication room clean and orderly. The Support Services Assistant will enter and review medication received into a database and/or patient profiles. This position will coordinate the receiving, storing, and issuing of medications received from ETBHN (per stated guidelines). Other responsibilities include, assisting clients in completing application for patient assistance (PAP) medication, submitting completed reports to ETBHN within stated guidelines. Tri-County Behavioral Healthcare is currently looking for a Staff Psychiatrist to join our team! The Staff Psychiatrist will perform psychiatric evaluations and follow up treatment to patients admitted to the Psychiatric Emergency Treatment Center. This position will be responsible for conducting initial assessments and dispositions. This position participates in the on-call system and serves as primary backup for the Medical Director. The Staff Psychiatrist provides clinical direction and leadership in team development of treatment plans and support and consultation to other team members and service providers.

This position will be responsible for engaging adults and youths identified as needing intervention to address co-occurring psychiatric and substance use behaviors in substance abuse treatment and assisting these individuals in positive movement through the stages of change.

The Psychiatric Nursing Assistant will assist patients in the Psychiatric Emergency Treatment Center (PETC). The essential job functions include initiating patient care, assisting with ADL's as indicated, completing round checks, engaging patients in recreational activities and the ability to demonstrate SAMA techniques to safely de-escalate patients that are in crisis.

The Family Partner will provide family partner services, parent training, and facilitate family support groups. The ideal candidate will have the ability to model, teach and support skills necessary for caregivers to navigate multiple systems.

The Youth Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist will provide evidence-based prevention education, presentations, and activities in schools and community sites located throughout Walker, Liberty, and Montgomery County. Majority of work is conducted with groups of youth within our service area, and the prevention specialist will be required to travel to the service location. Time spent in the office is utilized to document all prevention strategies that have taken place.
